Do you get?🙃
Hello, dearest friend!
You probably have asked or have been asked that question. I mean, nobody wants to waste like two litres of saliva and precious strength talking, only for the other person to not understand 🙄I can be very frustrating.

The frustration when someone does not understand what you’re saying cannot be "overemphasized"😂💔 and then if you’re the one that doesn’t “gerrit” I think the feeling is even worse🤦
It’s fine though, if you don’t gerrit…don’t forgerrr about rit. You can always ask again instead of staying lost.
For efficient communication, you should practice active listening. Grasp and engage with the information, seek clarifications and disregard assumptions. Draw your ears to pick every syllable if needs be. Another way to have effective communication is paying attention to gestures and emphasis made by the speaker.
On the flip side, as the speaker, make sure to express yourself clearly and specifically. Do not ‘speak in parables' unless it’s necessary and your audience will understand you.
You should put your audience in consideration as it will help mold your message to suit them and of course make good use of body language too.
Do you gerrit?🙃
Two more things…

AIESEC has been imparting young people in more than 100 countries and regions with leadership skills, and we can’t wait for you to be among the youths making great leadership changes. From next week, we would be rolling our more info, so please stay glued to your mail.
People, young people have problems, and in the midst of this, people don’t have solutions to these problems. Help is here! We have created a platform where you can tell us your problems and we can proffer a solution that can get you moving. Submit here (Your identity is hidden, no fear): https://bit.ly/47ap39W
