Why are you making Mama cry?😭
Hello, dearest friend!
Mother Earth is red and hurting!

The pitiful part is – we are the ones hurting her. She is going through such climate trauma that her seasons are now unpredictable.
The time of the year when she is usually cool may be the time when she becomes too sunny and hot scorching the backs of her children. We're watching her exchange the dry breeze and cold of harmattan for rain and hot temperatures.
It’s about time we reminded ourselves that this is our space and we are responsible for the weathering of every rock surface and the breaking of each glacier.
We all live here in this green globe and we must tend to it. We need keep it green indeed - blossoming and blooming and we decide to do that or not with our lifestyle choices. It's not up to some elements to keep the Earth in good shape, it's up to us!
Look at these eco friendly practices;
Paper over Plastic
Plastic is responsible for mass pollution of land and ocean but paper is way friendlier. It can be recycled up to seven times! So gladly choose paper packaged products on your next shopping.
Reduction by Recycling
Waste release harmful substances to the atmosphere. Ever passed by a waste dump? Oh boy! the smell is unbearable… and the damage to the environment is unimaginable. Make use of compost and proper disposal in recycle bins for reuse to help waste reduction.
Clean Energy
Familiar term right? if you never paid attention to it, it means you should start using energy that have zero emissions to the environment and can be renewed. The use of electric cars, windmill, solar, LED light, power saving appliances and the likes.
Afforestation
Trees are the very producers of the oxygen you and I take in. In other words, we need them around if we are going to keep breathing so uprooting them doesn’t sound like a good idea but planting two for every one you uproot is wisdom.
There fella! You've seen that you have a job to do. One of honour for the space we share, to make eco-friendly practices your habits for the good of the very soil your feet touch. Put a hand on your chest and take a pledge if you need to that you'd contribute to taking care of our "Mama" because Mother Earth shouldn't be red and hurting.
Mother Earth should be green and healthy!
